To do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with Christ our neighbor — compels us to live out the Gospel in ways that affirm the dignity and belovedness of every person. To do justice means to join God’s work of healing and liberation in the world: standing with the marginalized, welcoming the excluded, and seeking equity for all people regardless of race, gender, identity, orientation, or circumstance. Justice is not only about fairness but about restoring right relationship—so that every person can flourish as a reflection of God’s image.

To love mercy is to practice compassion, forgiveness, and tenderness in all that we do. Mercy draws us beyond judgment into empathy, helping us to see one another through the eyes of grace. And to walk humbly with Christ our neighbor means to journey with an open heart—learning from one another, listening deeply, and recognizing that Christ meets us in every face, especially in those who have been unseen or unheard.

Together, this mission invites us into a way of life marked by inclusion, reconciliation, and hope—a community where justice and mercy embrace, and where all are welcome to belong, believe, and become more fully alive in the love of Jesus.

Who We Are

The Episcopal Free Fellowship of America

The Episcopal Free Fellowship is a Christ-centered province rooted in the richness of the Great Tradition. To Do Justice, Love Mercy, Walk Humbly with Christ Our Neighbor.

We offer a spiritual home that does not judge or act as gatekeepers of God’s kingdom. In a divided world, we believe choosing unity over uniformity is a healing way forward as we join God’s work of renewal. Too often, the church has become a place of fear, judgment, and exclusion — more focused on numbers and control than on love and nurture. We long for something better: a church shaped by grace, compassion, and hope.

We are a part of The Table of Christ: An Interdependent Sacramental Communion. You are welcome here — to grow with us in the way of Jesus, to be formed by love, and to find a community of belonging.
