Executive Council
Per our Canons, our leadership is governed by the Executive Committee, which serves as a College of Bishops. We operate with sub-committees in regards to practical ministry and advisory, however our Executive Committee is our province’s overseeing leadership.
Archbishop Edward Vaughan. Province Archbishop. Bishop of Diocese of St. Patrick. Raised in Danville, Virginia. After a decade of spiritual deconstruction and reconstruction, I finally embraced that calling and entered ordained ministry. My journey eventually led me to the Anglican tradition, where I found a deep appreciation for the Church's historic faith, sacramental life, liturgy, and reverence for the Eucharist. After earning a Master of Theology degree, I was ordained as a deacon and priest. In 2013, alongside Archbishop Rafael Seijo, I helped found the Episcopal Free Fellowship of America, driven by a shared vision for inclusive sacramental communities rooted in faith rather than institutional power. Following Archbishop Seijo's retirement in 2019, I became Archbishop. My calling remains simple: to encourage, support, and equip clergy while seeking to live out the words of Micah 6:8—to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God.
